Every legal entity or individual can seek legal redress for rights violations. We provide services upon recommendation of the principal in court:
- Familiarization with the case, document analysis and evaluation, preliminary verbal consultation or counsel's opinion
- Preparation of documents for reference to the court (statement of claim, complaint, statement of defense, provisional measures submission, petitions, taking of evidence, request forwarding.)
- Determining the legal position and necessary actions aimed at achieving a positive result for the principal
- Participation in the at-trial procedure in a representative capacity of the principal at every stage of the trial
- Acceptance of service or settlement subscription
- Participation in court enforcement proceedings in the Czech Republic, including in compliance with other States court orders
